The Return
Same runner. A little older. A lot more appreciative.
I used to live at sub-elite pace — the kind of fitness where hard miles felt familiar and race mornings felt like home.
Then life got busy. Work. Travel. Red-eyes. Hotel rooms. Long stretches where running slowly moved from a priority to something I'd get back to eventually.
Eventually is now. This isn't a highlight reel. It's the rebuild — publicly, honestly, and one mile at a time. And apparently we're doing it dressed for the occasion.
